How we work

Advice first. Paperwork second.

We are a channel partner, which means the developer pays us, not you. Our job is to narrow the market down to the few homes that genuinely fit you, and then stay with you until the keys are handed over.

Why buyers use an advisor

The shortlist is the hard part.

There are hundreds of active projects across Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale, Ravet, Baner and Mahalunge. Portals will show you all of them. That is the problem, not the solution.

Our value is subtraction: understanding what you actually need, ruling out what does not fit, and putting three or four real options in front of you — with the honest reasons each one might not work.
