Alpha Homes is a property advisory and channel partner firm working across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. We are not a single-developer sales office and we are not a local broker. We sit on the buyer's side of the table and get paid by the developer.

What that means in practice

A channel partner is appointed by developers to introduce and support genuine buyers. The developer pays the fee. You pay us nothing, and the price you get is not worse for having used us — in most cases the developer's own offers are what we are negotiating within.

Because we carry projects from many developers rather than one, we can say "not this one" without losing anything. That is the whole point of the model.

What we will not do

• Claim to be an official, exclusive or authorised partner of a developer unless we can show you the paperwork.
• Quote a price, carpet area or possession date we have not confirmed with the developer.
• Push a project because our margin on it is better.
• Publish a project on this website without its MahaRERA registration number.

The team

An 18-member team across advisory, site visits, home loan coordination and post-booking support, working Tuesday to Sunday from our office in Tathawade.
