What happens after I submit the form?
An advisor reviews your requirement personally, matches it against live inventory across multiple developers, and comes back with a shortlist — usually within one working day. We will call or WhatsApp you first to check we have understood the requirement correctly.
Do I have to know exactly what I want?
No. Most clients start with a budget and a rough area in mind. If you are unsure about configuration, possession timeline or even the location, say so — narrowing that down is part of what we do.
Is there any cost for this?
No. Our advisory service is free for buyers. We are compensated through the developer channel.
Will I be called repeatedly?
No. We contact you about your requirement, at the times you tell us suit you. If you would rather only use WhatsApp, select that as your preferred contact method.
