Most buyers meet a channel partner without knowing what the term means. It matters, because it changes what kind of help you can expect.
Primary sale, not resale
A channel partner works with developers on primary-sale inventory — homes being sold by the developer directly, rather than by an existing owner. That gives formal access to current pricing, live availability and launch information across multiple projects.
The buyer usually pays nothing
Because a channel partner is compensated through the developer channel, buyers typically receive the full advisory service without a separate brokerage fee. The practical consequence is that comparison, negotiation and documentation support cost you nothing extra.

Get My Property OptionsWhere the value actually sits
- Access to several developers at once, so options can be compared rather than sold one at a time
- Current pricing, including what is genuinely negotiable at that moment
- Honest reading of a developer's delivery track record
- Coordination of site visits so a day covers several relevant projects, not one
- Support through home loan, documentation, booking and possession
How to judge one
Look for RERA registration, a team you can meet at an actual office, and a willingness to talk you out of something. An advisor who has never told a client that a project is wrong for them is not advising.
